National Hire Controller – Willenhall

Role: National Hire Controller – National Contact Centre, Birmingham
20 hours per week – Mon to Fri – 5 hours per day – flexible start/finish times

About you:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Hire Controller to join our talented and friendly team at Morris Leslie Plant Hire in our National Contact Centre in Willenhall.

You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the National Contact Centre Hire Desk. Ensuring all national customers receive a first class experience, from enquiry, to hire, through mid hire events, to off hire and queries.

Dealing with Rehire Suppliers on a daily basis , looking after the rehire enquiries for customers to satisfy customer requirements in line with Morris Leslie expectations is also a key responsibility of this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, and KPI’s / SLA’s are met in line with their Agreements
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on contracts to eliminate customer disputes
  • Looking after Customer suspensions, ensuring they are inputted correctly to provide correct invoicing
  • Support for depot network in system failure, for example – power cuts , extreme absence, where NCC has access to email systems to continue to support customers and fulfil requirements
  • Dealing with external suppliers to build relationships for xhiring equipment to back fill assets not able to be supplied by Morris Leslie, to ensure our customers are not let down
  • 1st point of call for ML national customers, delivering a first class service , for fulfilling hires, dealing with mid-hire events, and ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively and fairly
  • Answering telephone calls for the main ML switchboard for plant hire in a professional manner ,and facilitating calls to correct depots for a smooth transition to eliminate unnecessary transfers for the customer
