Morris established the company in 1974 as a Plant Sales firm and since then has specialised in servicing the construction and agricultural industries with plant equipment. He is still the driving force in an expanding company and is a now a major national plant hire operator.
Morris is a true entrepreneur and relishes new opportunities and the challenges that go with. This entrepreneurial culture has spread throughout the Group and ensures the company is always moving in one direction, forwards!
Graham joined the Group in 2012 and is responsible for all Group operations throughout the UK. He is the Managing Director of the Plant Hire business which has grown significantly during his time with the acquisition of 7 new depots and a major annual investment programme.
Previously, Graham was Managing Director of Balhousie Care Group a renowned provider of residential care and prior to this had a 20 year career within corporate banking at the RBS. He is a Chartered Banker and a member of the Institute of Chartered Bankers of Scotland.
Jim joined the Morris Leslie Group as Finance Director in 2017. He is responsible for all Finance, Human Resources and I.T. throughout the company. Prior to this, Jim enjoyed a 27 year career working in the manufacturing and contracting sector; this included 13 years as Finance Director and 8 as Managing Director.
He is a professional accountant and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 1992.
