Graham joined the Group in 2012 and is responsible for all Group operations throughout the UK. He is the Managing Director of the Plant Hire business which has grown significantly during his time with the acquisition of 7 new depots and a major annual investment programme.
Previously, Graham was Managing Director of Balhousie Care Group a renowned provider of residential care and prior to this had a 20 year career within corporate banking at the RBS. He is a Chartered Banker and a member of the Institute of Chartered Bankers of Scotland.
Andrew has more than 20 years of both Sales and Operational Management experience in the Plant Hire industry. Joining Morris Leslie Plant Hire in 2015, Andrew has operated at a senior level for the biggest names in the plant hire sector. He ensures that we maintain our customer focus and always deliver the best service to all of our accounts, both local and national.
Mark has worked within the hire industry for over 30 years and has held senior management roles for the last 15 years. He joined Morris Leslie Plant Hire business in early 2017 as Operations Director to oversee the continued expansion of the network and ensure we deliver a ‘best in class’ customer service.
Spencer has worked in the hire industry for 30 years, having held senior roles in operations and sales at 2 national hire companies during that time. As Regional Sales Manager he covers the West Midlands and North West sales team along with the running of our national call centre based in Birmingham.
Spencer is committed to providing all his customers with the best service and equipment in the hire industry.
Mitch joined as part of the new on the ground management team in 2014 and has responsibility for our Northern depots at an operational level. He brings with him a huge amount of Plant Hire experience and places the customer at the very heart of the business.
Dean has been in senior operational roles in the plant industry for 20 years and holds a CPC transport manager's qualification.
He is committed to providing an unmatched service to all new and existing customers. In his words, "Customer service is all that counts".
Paddy has been in the plant hire industry for 32 years covering technical support and operational improvements roles with the last 10 years spent in Health & Safety and Compliance. His role in Morris Leslie is to ensure that all areas of the business meet its obligations with regards to Health, Safety and Environmental legislation as well as maintaining our accreditations. Paddy is committed to providing a nationwide, risk free customer experience to all Morris Leslie Plant Hire clients.
