Matt began in the Hire industry in 1995 working with HSS hire shops as a hire desk assistant. He worked his way up through the ranks to Depot Manager before starting with Jewson hire. Matt then gained significant plant experience as in plant hire as a Depot Manager. Over the years he has gained extensive knowledge of plant hire as well as managing on-site events.
