The Auction That Spans The Decades – Classic Auction April 2018

The Auction that spans the decades – from the 1920’s into the 21st Century, Morris Leslie Classic Auctions has it all

Scotland’s next Classic Car Auction of 2018 is set to take place on Saturday April 28th at the historic Errol Airfield, with a fabulous and diverse array of vehicles being offered for car enthusiasts of all ages, from wonderfully vintage cars from the roaring twenties right through to the modern classic marques of the 21st Century.

One of the stars of the show at this early stage is the unique and beautifully restored 1923 Amilcar C4 Skiff with butterfly wings presented in a combination of Brown, Aluminium and Mahogany coachwork with a luxurious Leather interior. The perfect wheels for those who want to turn heads whilst driving the North Coast 500 whilst adorned in their Biggles goggles and flying helmet! The Amilcar is expected to fetch in the region of £25-£30,000.

But it’s not all about sporty Mercedes or vintage 2 seaters, there are several fresh entries from the 60s and 70s which will find a large following with the Auction’s loyal clientele. Ford coupes have a strong showing with a Gold 1969 Ford Capri 1600 GT XL (£12,000) and a Daytona Yellow 1975 Ford Granada 3.0 (estimate £10,000) which was only imported to the UK from South Africa during 2017 and is now fully UK registered.

Morris Leslie Vehicle Auctions, are keen to hear from any potential vendors who would be interested in consigning their Classics. With entries now arriving on a daily basis, the timing of this Auction offers an ideal opportunity, just ahead of the Classic Show Season to sell and or purchase a Classic. With an expected entry of 150 Lots which already include entries such as the stunning Amilcar and Modern Classics like the immaculate 2004 Dax Tojeiro (estimate £30-£35,000).
