Vehicle Auctions

Our vehicle auctions take place twice weekly and include a growing range of cars, vans, HGVs, 4x4s and motorcycles all direct from main agents, companies, private individuals, financial services and government.

Our auction services include;

• Free accurate and current valuations
• Vehicle collection services, for single or fleet vehicles
• Vehicle preparation services, including valeting on our auction site

All auctions take place at our 50 acre auction site at Errol Airfield. Facilities include a large undercover auction hall, onsite cafe, extensive free car parking and 24 hour manned security onsite.

Auctions every Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30pm. All entries welcome.

Buyers Information...

A cash deposit of £300 is payable, on the fall of the auctioneers hammer. The remainder of the balance is to be paid within three working days.

The balance can be paid either by cash or we accept major credit cards.

In addition to the purchase price a buyers fee is payable on all vehicles sold which is exclusive of VAT.

All vehicles purchased MUST be paid for and collected within 3 working days. Items not  collected will incurr a storage charge of £25 + VAT per day.

Buyers are invited to view all vehicles from 12pm on the day of each sale.

Online Proxy Bidding

You can now bid Live Online, even if you are not able to logon to Live Bid on the night or attend the auction in person.

Proxy Bids allows you to enter your maximum bid on a lot before the auction commences, The system will put you in at the lowest bid possible and then bid for you, up to and including the amount you specify. Your Maximum Bid will be kept secret from the other bidders, and the system will only raise your bid if another bidder outbids you.

You can only place or update a bid up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the published sale time.
You may access proxy bidding through the live bid catalogue, by clicking the more info on the lot you are interested in, you must be registered to access this service.

Sellers Information...

To enter a vehicle for sale we require the following:

• V5 registration document
• MOT (if applicable)
• Tax Disk (if applicable)
• Mileage showing on vehicle
• Completed and signed entry form

Entry fee: £25. This covers entry to 2 auctions. Commission is charged on a sliding scale. Charges can be obtained from reception. Discounts are available for volume sellers.
