Yard Operative – Birmingham


Role: Yard Operative – Birmingham Preparation Centre – 45 hours per week – 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

About you:
Are you a determined individual? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Yard Operative to join our talented and highly respected team at our Birmingham Preparation Centre.
You will be responsible for accepting and the preparation of all plant equipment for our skilled engineers to complete there pre sale checks. You will also be responsible for the tidiness and organisation of the yard whilst ensuring you follow all health and safety procedures. You will also support the drivers by ensuring that the equipment is ready for them to deliver when required.


  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently

  • Keep up to date with Company policies and procedures
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner


  • Experience working in the Plant Hire industry
