About You:
Are you an outgoing individual with experience in Sales? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Development Manager to join our sales team at our Errol Depot.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to help drive growth by:
- Reactivating dormant accounts
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting both existing and new customers throughout the entire sales journey
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service that reflects Morris Leslie’s family values, while ensuring a smooth and engaging end to end experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by reactivating dormant accounts and identifying new business opportunities through proactive phone and email engagement.
- Confidently generate leads, both warm and cold, to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Grow existing customer accounts through targeted campaigns, tailored solutions, and project-based initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding Morris Leslie’s family values in every interaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all customer information, activity, and communications are fully up to date.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to first sale and beyond.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with all customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate effectively with external sales teams and operational staff across the depot network to ensure seamless customer support and delivery.
- Drive Retail Sales to expand our Global footprint, through our website and wider advertising platforms with the assistance of our marketing team.
