A vacancy has arisen for a Fleet Asset Administrator to join our highly respected and friendly team based in Errol. In this post you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative functions and duties as requested by the Fleet Coordinator which supports the overall efficiency of the fleet department and helps to achieve company objectives.

Your main duties:
•Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases. Specifically logging all new Plant equipment and vehicles to our internal system.
•Provide administrative support to the Fleet Asset Coordinator with various tasks in order to help achieve departmental objectives.
•Track asset supply inventory and approve supply orders.
•Act as the go-to for office inquiries in relation to Fleet Inventory.
•Work closely with key stakeholders business wide to ensure that all paperwork is completed compliantly.
•Handling all vehicle traffic violations, such as speeding fines, parking fines etc, liaising with relevant departments and individuals as required.
•Ensure all new vehicles are taxed accordingly on a monthly basis.
•Oversee and track all internal fleet vehicle movement

Our requirement:

Essential
•Good all-round understanding of Microsoft Office applications
•Experience in a similar role preferred
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritise workload.
•Experience of data input.

Desirable
•Experience of Inspire system.
