Morris Leslie West Kinfauns Leisure Development

Proposals for a £45m leisure-led development in West Kinfauns, Perthshire was granted planning permission in July 2025 (21/D1855/IPM) by Perth & Kinross Council.

The Morris Leslie Property development will feature a four-star hotel, holiday lodges. state of the art transport museum, focusing exhibits on Scotland’s historic transport and classic vehicles and a new development by P&K Council, a Park & Choose facility.

The premium destination will attract tourists on a local and national scale, creating an influx of visitors to Perth and its surrounding areas. Further supporting the local economy, the development will secure jobs in hospitality, retail and leisure roles.
