The Hangar - Terms & Conditions of Business The following terms are the base of all contracts between The Hangar and the customer for the services and goods supplied
i. All clients booking The Hangar: a non - refundable deposit is payable to secure your booking.
ii. The balance is due 28 days prior to the event along with written confirmation of the final number of guests. After this date we will endeavour to accept a rise in guest numbers but will be unable to offer any refunds should the numbers decrease.
iii. All dates remain open & bookable until such time as a deposit payment and written confirmation have been received. iv. Late bookings: taken 28 days or less prior to your planned event are payable in full at the time of booking. v. No service will be provided by The Hangar if our payment terms are not adhered to. vi. Any booking that is cancelled must be done so in writing to The Hangar. vii. All damage to equipment, linen, tables, chairs, crockery and glassware caused by the customer or their guests will be charged at the full replacement cost. viii. The Hangar does not accept any liability for non-completion or delays of the event in the unlikely result of adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes. Fire, flood or any other act of god or natural disaster, or any other event which is beyond the reasonable control of The Hangar. ix. In the event of a function over running The Hangar reserves the right to make an additional charge of £12.00 per hour, per staff member.
x. Please make all payments payable to Morris Leslie Ltd ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT AT THE CURRENT RATE.
